Joining the club

Joining the club

We cater for new and experienced bowlers and during our Open Days you can get a feel of the game if you are new to the sport and chat with the committee and club members.  If you are interested in joining the club, keep an eye out on the calendar (“What’s On” menu item) for the next Open Day.

If you are interested in joining and there is not an Open Day planned on the calendar, the next best way of joining is to visit the club during one of the planned events on the calendar (club premises are secured at other times) and asking a Club member for an application form, these are held in the club house, or one could be sent to you if required via the Club Secretary.

Come and have a chat with the members at the club, we are a friendly bunch.

If you are new to the sport we have a club coach who will help you get up to speed with some training, we insist that all new applicants are seen and assessed by the club coach or by another volunteer member, before joining the other members in roll ups etc.

We offer 4 types of membership at the club, Full membership, Social membership, winter membership and Life membership.

Full Membership

This membership allows the member full access to all facilities of the club during both the summer and winter seasons. Fees are due by 31st January each year.

Friendly matches and club competitions are also arranged during both the summer and winter season.
